Manner of representation
1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President and Vice-President of the Management Board acting together and in agreement, subject to paragraph 2. Declarations of will, both in property-related and non-property-related matters, on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, shall be made independently by the President of the Management Board. 2. In matters unrelated to incurring property-related liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand złoty, 00/100), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board of the foundation or the Vice-President of the Management Board of the foundation. 3. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board independently.
