Manner of representation

The union is represented by the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairpersons. The Presidium may authorize other persons to represent the union, specifying the scope of their powers. In the union organization's day-to-day activities, the organization is represented by the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson or persons authorized by the management board. The authorization to incur financial liabilities on behalf of the union is vested in the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson acting jointly, up to the amount determined by a resolution of the union's management board. The authorization to incur financial liabilities is vested in the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson acting jointly only up to the value of the assets held by the union. The Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson is authorized to conduct legal representation.
