The contract covers construction and renovation work related to remedying the effects of a failure in the building at ul. Ogrodowa 5b in Wałbrzych, which houses Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy in Wrocław and Powiatowy Urząd Pracy in Wałbrzych. The detailed scope of work includes: a) Maintenance of the roof covering: construction work to reduce deterioration of the roof covering caused by external factors, repair of 3 chimney caps, impregnation and painting, resealing approximately 70 linear metres of roofing-felt joints (seams), and replacement of bird-protection nets in the ducts. b) Roof hatch: removal of the old hatch and installation of a new roof hatch, including the necessary roofing flashings and sealing. c) Repair of the building's render: removal of render by the fire wall on the street side, elimination of the causes of damage and rendering of damaged areas. d) Preparation of a basement room for use as an archive: painting the walls and ceiling, installing a self-levelling floor and laying floor covering with skirting boards. The work specified in points a, b and c is in the shared parts of the office building, while the work specified in point d is in parts of the building used exclusively by Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy in Wrocław.
