Manner of representation

1. The joint action of two members of the association’s management board, including the President or Vice-President, is required to make property and non-property declarations on behalf and for the benefit of the association, including the conclusion of agreements and the granting of powers of attorney. 2. Declarations made to the association and the service of documents on it may be effected vis-à-vis one member of the management board, provided that such member is obliged to notify the remaining members of the management board immediately of the content of the document and/or declaration received. 3. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, and in disputes between them, the association is represented by an attorney-in-fact appointed by resolution of the Audit Committee.
