Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made, in the case of a one-person management board, by the President of the Management Board independently; in the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board independently, or by two Vice-Presidents jointly, by two members jointly, or by one Vice-President and one member of the management board jointly. Disposition of rights or incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys and 00/100) requires the adoption by the management board of a unanimous resolution in the presence of all members of the management board.
