The contract covers a basic (guaranteed) order and an order under the option right (non-guaranteed). The scope of the basic order includes preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation "Naprawa muru oporowego zlokalizowanego między posesją przy ul. Chmielewskiego 3 i Czyżewskiego 6 oraz uporządkowanie odpływu wody opadowej z działki Czyżewskiego 6 w Sopocie". The scope of the optional order includes provision of author’s supervision over construction works carried out on the basis of this order. The contractor must include in the tender all activities related to author’s supervision during 1 site visit. The contracting authority envisages a maximum of 5 contractor site visits during the construction works as part of the author’s supervision covered by this order. The contracting authority plans to appoint the author’s supervisor within 5 years from the date of final acceptance of the documentation covered by the contract
