Manner of representation

The following persons are authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the trade union: a) the Chairperson of the trade union acting independently; b) within the limits specified in a written authorization granted by the Chairperson of the trade union or by two Vice-Chairpersons of the trade union, two members of the management board acting jointly, or the Secretary or the treasurer jointly with a member of the management board. For submitting declarations of will in property-related matters, including carrying out property-related transactions with banks, the following persons are authorized: the Chairperson of the trade union acting independently, or within the limits specified in a written authorization granted by the Chairperson of the trade union or by two Vice-Chairpersons of the trade union, two members of the management board acting jointly.
