Fundacja Afols - Zbudujmy Lepsze Jutro builds the capacities of local governments, public institutions and non-governmental organizations. It provides training in civil protection, public project management and cooperation between local authorities and NGOs, and supports NGO professionalization. It also runs intergenerational educational and integration projects that bring children and seniors together.

Manner of representation
1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President and Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly, subject to paragraph 2. 2. Declarations of will, both in property-related and non-property-related matters, on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, shall be made independently by the President of the Management Board. 3. In matters unrelated to incurring property-related liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand złoty 00/100), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board. 4. The foundation may be represented externally by each member of the management board independently. 5. Attorneys-in-fact appointed by the management board of the foundation may also be persons authorized to represent the foundation in particular areas of the foundation’s activity.
