In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the company independently, whereas the other members of the management board are authorised to represent the company independently only in matters whose one-off value does not exceed PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand zlotys). In the case of legal acts whose one-off value exceeds PLN 20,000.00, declarations of will on behalf of the company may be made by a member of the management board who is not the President of the Management Board only jointly with the President of the Management Board.
