Manner of representation
Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to the reservation, are made by the President of the Management Board. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations exceeding 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made individually by the President of the Management Board. If the management board is multi-member, the President of the foundation is authorised to make declarations on behalf of the foundation independently, whereas each of the remaining members of the management board acts jointly with the President of the foundation.
