Manner of representation

The association is represented by the President of the management board independently, or by the two remaining members of the management board jointly. The incurring of obligations and conclusion of agreements on behalf of SAIIT up to the amount of EUR 10,000 or its equivalent in Polish zlotys is carried out by the President of the management board or two other members of the management board, while obligations above the amount of EUR 10,000 or its equivalent in Polish zlotys are incurred by the President of the management board and another member of the management board, or by the three remaining members of the management board in the event of the absence of the President of the management board.
