Manner of representation

Each general partner is authorized to submit declarations of will on behalf of the company independently in matters not exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company, whereby a matter not exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company is understood to mean consenting to the performance of a legal act resulting in the incurring of an obligation or disposition of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys). Each general partner is authorized to submit declarations of will concerning property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign documents on behalf of the company resulting in the disposition of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand zlotys), inclusive, or the creation of an obligation to render a performance with a value up to PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand zlotys), inclusive, independently. For submitting declarations of will concerning property and non-property rights and obligations and for signing documents on behalf of the company resulting in the disposition of a right with a value exceeding PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand zlotys), or the creation of an obligation to render a performance with a value above PLN 30,000.00 (thirty thousand zlotys), joint action of at least two general partners is required.
