Zaplanuj Dom builds prefabricated timber-frame houses throughout Poland, including single-storey, attic and two-storey homes made with KVH/C24 structural timber, from an insulated foundation slab to developer standard. The standard includes a heat pump, underfloor heating and factory-made wall elements, while layouts and floor areas can be adapted to the client’s needs. The company handles site analysis, design, production, transport, assembly and handover; example models include ZD100, ZD139 and ZD/NZ 100.
