This subclass includes:
- providing advice, guidance and operational assistance to business entities and other units in matters related to management, for example in the areas of:
- strategic and organisational planning,
- business process reorganisation,
- change management,
- cost reduction and other financial matters,
- marketing strategies and activities,
- human resources management, personnel consultancy,
- remuneration and pension policy,
- production planning and control,
- business consultancy to business entities and public services, including by providing advice,
- guidance and operational assistance in the areas of:
- design of accounting methods or procedures,
- programmes related to cost calculation,
- budgetary control procedures,
- public procurement procedures,
- starting up a business,
- planning, organisation, efficiency and control of management information and the like,
- management certification (for example through management audits),
- activities of a management unit in performing director or managerial functions.
This subclass excludes:
- design of computer software for accounting systems, classified in 62.10.B,
- legal advice and representation, classified in 69.10.Z,
- accounting and bookkeeping activities, tax consultancy and financial auditing activities, classified respectively in subclasses 69.20.A, 69.20.B and 69.20.C
- supervisory and management activities of other units of the same business entity or group of business entities, classified in 70.10.A
- architectural and engineering consultancy activities, classified in 71.11.Z, 71.12.B
- advice, counselling and operational assistance in the field of public relations and communication, classified in 73.30.B
- environmental, agronomic and similar consultancy activities, classified in 74.99.Z
- activities related to executive recruitment consultancy, classified in 78.10.Z
- casting agent activities, classified in 78.10.Z
- personnel selection activities, classified in 78.10.Z
- educational consultancy activities, classified in 85.69.Z.
