Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board may submit independently declarations that do not result in the Foundation disposing of assets or incurring a property obligation. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation in matters connected with incurring property obligations up to the amount of PLN 25,000 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys) may be submitted independently by each member of the management board. 3. Declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation in matters connected with incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 25,000 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys) are submitted jointly by two members of the management board.
