In matters not exceeding the scope of ordinary management or in property matters up to the amount of PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by one member of the management board, whereas in matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, and in particular matters concerning the employment of employees, the incurring of property liabilities exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand złoty), the disposal, acquisition and encumbrance of real property, taking out loans and credits, and granting guarantees, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly, provided that, in the case of periodic performances, the value of the performance for a period of one year is taken as the value, or, if it is shorter than one year, for the period during which the performances are rendered.
