In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons: a) with regard to making declarations on behalf of the company concerning the disposal of a right or the assumption of an obligation to perform in an amount of up to PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), each member of the management board may represent the company independently (individually); b) with regard to making declarations on behalf of the company concerning the disposal of a right or the assumption of an obligation to perform in an amount exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), joint action by at least two members of the management board or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required.
