In the case of a multi-member management board, the following are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the company: 1. in non-property matters: the President of the Management Board and the other members of the management board independently; 2. in property matters: the President of the Management Board independently and the other members of the management board independently, provided that for transactions whose subject matter exceeds PLN 10,000 (ten thousand zlotys), the other members of the management board are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the company jointly with the President of the Management Board.
