Manner of representation

To represent the company, submit declarations and sign on behalf of the company: 1. in all non-property matters, in all court matters, when concluding employment contracts, in other matters and in other actions involving disposing of rights and incurring liabilities up to the amount of PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys)–each member of the management board independently; 2. in other matters and in other actions involving disposing of rights and incurring liabilities above the amount of PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys), as well as when concluding lease, tenancy, leasing, loan, credit and franchise agreements, regardless of the value of such agreements–two members of the management board jointly, or a member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy.
