Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the management board is authorised to act independently; in the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, the following are authorised: the President independently, or two Vice-Presidents acting jointly, two members acting jointly, or one Vice-President and one member of the management board acting jointly. In property matters, the adoption of a resolution whose subject matter exceeds PLN 100,000.00 (in words: one hundred thousand złoty 00/100) requires the unanimous consent of all members of the management board.
