Manner of representation

To perform legal acts on behalf of the association, the management board or the President of the association independently is authorized. The President directs the work of the Main Management Board. In the President’s absence, the President is replaced by the Vice-President or a member of the Main Management Board designated by the President. The Main Management Board allocates tasks among its members in matters not requiring joint action. The Main Management Board may authorize in writing a member of the Main Management Board or several persons from among its members to represent the association. The President of the association together with the treasurer are responsible for financial activity, including the business activity conducted by the association. Declarations concerning the proprietary rights and obligations of the association are made jointly by the President of the association together with the treasurer. The Main Management Board manages the assets and funds of the association.
