1. Subject to points 2 and 3, declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters not related to incurring property obligations, declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation may be made independently by a member of the management board of the Foundation or an attorney-in-fact authorised by the management board, within the scope of the powers of attorney granted. 3. Declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation concerning property obligations up to PLN 3,000 (three thousand zlotys) may be made independently by a member of the management board of the Foundation.
