1. In the case of a two-person management board, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board is independently authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters. 3. In the case of a management board consisting of 3 or more persons, two members of the management board acting jointly and in agreement are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, provided that one of them must be the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board.
