Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made as follows: declarations that do not result in the foundation disposing of property or incurring a financial liability may be made independently by each member of the management board; declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in matters related to incurring financial liabilities up to the amount of PLN 25,000 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys) may be made independently by each member of the management board; declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in matters related to incurring financial liabilities above the amount of PLN 25,000 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys) are made jointly by two members of the management board.
