Manner of representation

1. The President is entitled to submit all declarations of will on behalf of the association independently, subject to paragraph 4. 2. The Vice-President is entitled to submit all declarations of will on behalf of the association after consultation with the President, subject to paragraph 4. 3. The remaining members of the management board are entitled to submit declarations of will acting jointly with the President or the Vice-President. 4. All legal acts which entail financial burdens or a change in the assets of the association require, for their validity, the joint action of the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer.
