Manner of representation
In the case of a one-person management board, the company may be represented by the only member of the management board independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons shall be authorised to represent the company and submit declarations of will on its behalf: up to the amount of PLN 12,000 (twelve thousand zlotys), each member of the management board independently; above the amount of PLN 12,000 (twelve thousand zlotys), two members of the management board jointly. In non-property matters, each member of the management board shall be entitled to represent the company and submit declarations of will on its behalf independently.
