Manner of representation
1. The President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the company individually. 2. A member of the management board may represent the company only jointly with another member of the management board or with a commercial proxy. 3. In the event of a change in the ownership structure, the right to individual representation shall belong exclusively to that member of the management board who, on the date of the act, holds at least 51% (fifty-one per cent) of the shares in the company's share capital. 4. If none of the members of the management board independently holds at least 51% (fifty-one per cent) of the shares, joint action of two members of the management board or of one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy shall be required to make declarations on behalf of the company. 5. The meeting of partners may establish different rules of representation within the limits of the law.
