Renting and leasing of trucks (PKD 77.12.Z)
This subclass covers renting and leasing of:
- trucks, campers and other motor vehicles (with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes), without driver,
- freight trailers and semi-trailers.
This subclass excludes:
- renting and leasing of trucks and other motor vehicles for the transport of goods, with driver, classified in 49.41.Z, 49.42.Z,
- renting and leasing of land transport equipment (other than motor vehicles) without driver (for example, caravans), classified in 77.39.Z.
This group covers the rental and leasing of personal and household goods, recreational and sports equipment and video tapes, usually for short periods; however, in some cases rental or leasing may be for longer periods.
