Fundacja Nutriglobo – Żywienie I Systemy Żywnościowe brings together researchers, businesses, public authorities and social organizations to work on food, nutrition, health and food systems. Its initiatives include functional foods, precision nutrition and food safety, as well as the “Functional Product” competition and proposed European rules for assessing and certifying functional foods.

1. The President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will and represent the foundation in non-property matters. 2. The President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will and incur property obligations up to PLN 50,000. 3. The joint action of two members of the management board is required to submit declarations of will and incur property obligations exceeding PLN 50,000. 4. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board represents the foundation independently without limitations.
