Manner of representation

The foundation is represented: A. in the case of a one-person management board, individually. B. If the management board is a multi-member management board, the manner of representing the foundation is as follows: I. for making declarations of will in non-property matters and in property matters with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys), the President independently, the Vice-President independently or two other members of the management board acting jointly are authorised; II. for making declarations of will in property matters with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys), joint action of two members of the management board acting jointly is required.
