Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the foundation and receiving declarations addressed to the foundation, each member of the management board is authorized to act independently. In the foundation’s property matters, including concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, each member of the management board is authorized to represent the foundation independently. Incurring an obligation on behalf of the foundation which, either in a single transaction or during a monthly period, exceeds the amount equivalent to PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand złoty) requires the founder’s prior written consent expressed in the form of a resolution.
