Manner of representation

For entering into contracts, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required, unless the General Meeting of Members has decided to establish a one-person management board. If a one-person management board is established, the President is authorised to enter into contracts, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will, including in property matters, independently.
