Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the association is represented independently by the President of the Management Board. In the case of a multi-member management board, the association is represented by two members of the management board acting jointly. Incurring a liability or disposing of property worth more than PLN 5,000.00 requires a resolution of the management board and the prior consent of the general meeting, unless the given liability or disposition was provided for in the annual financial plan approved by the general meeting.
