Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required, subject to point 35. In matters concerning the day-to-day operation of the association’s bank accounts, in particular making deposits, withdrawals and transfers, submitting banking instructions, using electronic banking, obtaining information about the account and receiving authentication tools, the association may be represented independently by the President of the Management Board or the treasurer.
