Head of Global Expansion
Compabase enables detailed analysis of over 3 million Polish companies through AI agents — but that is not where the platform's potential ends. We are looking for a partner who will expand the database to further countries.
Scope of responsibility
Market-entry strategy: Analyze potential, choose target foreign markets (e.g. DACH, UK, CEE), and fully manage the process of bringing the platform into new territories.
Global product development: Work with the rest of the engineering team to integrate foreign business registers and adapt features to local compliance requirements.
ETL process design: Extend the database to new foreign markets, in line with the current platform structure and solid data-engineering practice.

Your profile
Technical fluency: You are AI-native, with experience building a solid backend, ETL pipelines, and evolving a PostgreSQL database.
Operational independence: You can validate the technical potential of a new market from scratch, prepare the database structure, and start ingesting data.
Company-register fluency: You can assess foreign sources for completeness, licensing, update frequency, and data quality before they enter Compabase.
