The Publishers' Council is the highest authority of the association during the period between General Meetings and is accountable for its work to the General Meeting. The tasks of the Publishers' Council include representing the association and acting on its behalf. In the case of amounts exceeding the sum adopted by the General Meeting referred to in § 23 point 7, making declarations of will concerning the association's property rights and obligations and signing agreements and obligations on its behalf requires the joint action of two members of the management board: including the President or the Vice-President or an attorney-in-fact authorised by him. The validity of other letters and documents requires the signature of one member of the Publishers' Council.
