This subclass includes:

  • activities of organisations whose members are interested in the development and prosperity of particular branches of industry and trade, including agriculture, or in the economic and general growth of certain regions, regardless of industry,
  • activities of federations and associations,
  • activities of chambers of commerce, traders' associations and similar organisations,
  • information activities, representation of members' interests before government institutions, in public relations, in business negotiations and before employers' organisations.

This subclass excludes:

  • activities of membership professional organisations, classified in 94.12.Z,
  • activities of trade unions, classified in 94.20.Z,
  • activities of other membership organisations n.e.c., classified in 94.99.Z,
  • activities of international organisations of an administrative nature, classified in 99.00.Z.
