Manner of representation

1. The Presidium of the Main Management Board of the association, composed of the Chair acting independently or two members of the Presidium acting jointly, represents the association externally and in internal relations. For legal acts of the above-mentioned persons resulting in the acquisition or disposal of a right, or the incurring of a liability on behalf of the association, the following is required for their effectiveness: a. for a value exceeding PLN 250,000.00, a prior resolution of the Delegates’ Congress; b. for a value from PLN 50,001.00 to PLN 250,000.00, a prior resolution of the Main Management Board of the association; c. for a value from PLN 20,001.00 to PLN 50,000.00, a prior resolution of the Presidium of the Main Management Board of the association. 2. Representation in matters of the ordinary management of the association, including the acquisition of rights and the incurring of liabilities with a value of up to PLN 20,000.00, requires for its effectiveness only the action of the Chair of the Association of Trade Unions of Energy Workers.
