Manner of representation
The Chairperson of the Federation is authorized to represent the Federation and submit declarations of will on its behalf independently, or two members of the management board of the Federation, including the Vice-Chairperson of the Federation, and persons authorized by the Chairperson of the Federation, subject to section 3 below. When acquiring, encumbering and disposing of real estate, disposing of, acquiring or encumbering assets of the Federation with a value specified by the Federation Council pursuant to Article 22 section 1 point j) of the Statutes, and when incurring liabilities exceeding the amount specified pursuant to Article 22 section 1 point j) of the Statutes, joint action of the Chairperson of the Federation with the Vice-Chairperson of the Federation or with another member of the management board of the Federation, or joint action of the Vice-Chairperson of the Federation with another member of the management board of the Federation, is required. Additionally, performing the acts referred to in section 3 above requires the prior consent of the Federation Council expressed in the form of a resolution.
