Overview
Chrześcijańska Służba Charytatywna is a public benefit organization that supports people in poverty, children, young people, seniors, and people with disabilities. Article 5. 1. Representation and management of the affairs of CHSCH belong to the Director of CHSCH. 2. Declarations of will on behalf and for the benefit of CHSCH are made by the Director of CHSCH independently, whereby, in property matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, the Director acts on the basis of an authorising resolution of the Council of CHSCH, and in property matters specified in Article 18 point 9, on the basis of an authorising resolution of the management board of CHSCH. 3. Property matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management include legal acts whose effect is or may be the creation of an obligation or disposition of a right with a value exceeding, each time, fifty times the minimum remuneration for work according to the state regulations in force on the date of performing the act, excluding the submission of applications for co-financing to any entities, regardless of the amount applied for. 4. The Director may authorise another person in writing to act on behalf of CHSCH.
