Manner of representation

1. For representing the association, making declarations of will and incurring obligations on behalf of the association, in the case of disposal of a right or incurring obligations up to the gross amount of PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand zloty), the President of the Main Management Board independently or two members of the Main Management Board jointly are authorised. 2. In the case of disposal of a right or incurring obligations exceeding the gross amount of PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand zloty), the President of the Main Management Board jointly with at least one member of the Main Management Board is authorised to make declarations on behalf of the association.
