The powers of the Main Management Board of the Society include representing the Society externally in all property and non-property matters, provided that, with regard to disposing of the Society’s assets with a value exceeding PLN 300,000, the Main Management Board may do so after obtaining a resolution of the General Assembly of Delegates of the Society expressing its consent, unless the disposal of assets with a value exceeding PLN 300,000 is allocated by the Main Management Board to purposes related to the organization of congresses of the Polish Society of Radiology. The duties of the Presidium of the Main Management Board of the Society include exercising all powers of the Main Management Board of the Society, except for matters specified in § 29 sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 reserved for the exclusive competence of the Main Management Board. Contracts, obligations and all instruments binding the Society financially are signed jointly by the President of the Main Management Board and the treasurer, or jointly by the President of the Main Management Board and the Vice-President of the Main Management Board.
