1. In matters concerning the property rights and obligations of the guild, in particular for concluding agreements, incurring obligations and disposing of rights, the following persons are authorised, acting jointly: a) the Senior of the Guild together with the Treasurer, or b) two Deputy Seniors of the Guild together with the Treasurer, or c) the Senior of the Guild and two Deputy Seniors of the Guild. 2. The guild may be represented before public administration authorities, the authorities of local government units, ordinary and administrative courts, and other institutions independently by: a) the Senior of the Guild, or b) a Deputy Senior of the Guild, provided that acts resulting in the incurring of an obligation or the disposal of a right require the joint action specified in section 1.
