Property obligations with a value exceeding EUR 10,000 may be incurred with the consent of the General Meeting of Members, subject to § 21 point 10. The average EUR exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the date on which the obligation is incurred shall be used for the conversion. In other matters, the President is authorized to represent the association, and if the President is unable to represent it, one of the Vice-Presidents is authorized to do so.
