Manner of representation

1. The company may be represented by each general partner acting independently in: (A) entering into, amending and performing contracts for the provision of legal services by the company (in each case without limitation as to value); and (B) performing acts if the value of the liability incurred or disposition made by the company does not exceed PLN 40,000 (in words: forty thousand złoty) net–calculated as a single amount or as the sum of annual performances; and (C) receiving declarations made to the company and letters or documents delivered to the company. 2. When performing acts other than those indicated in paragraph 1 above, the company shall be represented by at least two general partners acting jointly.
