Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the President represents the foundation and makes declarations of will. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board: A) the President may represent the foundation and make declarations of will independently without any limitations; B) the remaining members of the management board may represent the foundation and make declarations of will independently in matters concerning employment law and in contacts with offices and public authorities; C) the remaining members of the management board, in respect of other legal acts resulting in the incurring of obligations with a value equal to or exceeding PLN 50,000 gross in a single transaction or within 12 months, may represent the foundation and make declarations of will exclusively with the President, while in the case of obligations with a value of up to PLN 50,000 gross in a single transaction or within 12 months, they may represent the foundation and make declarations of will independently.
