Manner of representation

1. Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, the President of the Management Board acting independently or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the club, including in matters concerning property rights and obligations. 2. In matters connected with incurring financial obligations and representing the club above PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), the consent of the management board expressed in the form of a resolution is required. 3. In matters connected with incurring financial obligations and representing the club above PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys), the consent of the management board expressed in the form of a resolution and the consent of the audit committee expressed in the form of a resolution are required.
