Manner of representation

The management board manages the day-to-day activities of the foundation and represents it externally. The joint action of at least two members of the management board is required to make declarations of will resulting in the assumption of an obligation or disposal of property. To assume obligations or dispose of the foundation’s property with a value exceeding PLN 50,000, a prior resolution of the management board adopted unanimously by all members of the management board is required. To implement such resolution, including to make a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation, the joint action of two members of the management board is required.
