How to connect Compabase to Claude

Compabase gives Claude read-only access to data on 3M+ Polish companies from the KRS and CEIDG registers (financial statements, management and owners, public tenders, insolvency and sanctions records).

Server URL

https://compabase.com/api/mcp/connect

When the client asks you to sign in, the Compabase page opens: sign in to your Compabase account and click Allow. The client then receives its own access token.

Steps

  1. In Claude (web or desktop) open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Compabase, paste https://compabase.com/api/mcp/connect as the server URL and click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in to Compabase and click Allow.
  4. In a chat, open the + menu → Connectors and make sure Compabase is switched on.

On Team and Enterprise plans an owner may need to add the connector in Organization settings first.

Connectors added on the web are also available in Claude Desktop and the mobile apps.

Cost and access

You need a Compabase account; the free plan includes a monthly allowance of MCP queries and paid plans raise it. You sign in once in the OAuth window; no API key to copy. Prefer a static key? Create an MCP key at https://compabase.com/integrations?tab=mcp and send it as Authorization: Bearer mcpk_… to https://compabase.com/api/mcp.

All tools are read-only. See the MCP documentation for every tool, or the GitHub repository.
