Manner of representation

Paragraph 58(1) of the Articles of Association: Branches are represented externally by the branch management boards. Paragraph 58(2) of the Articles of Association: The branch management board may authorise the President or Vice-Presidents and the Secretary to carry out the representation referred to in paragraph 1, and, in financial and economic matters, additionally a member of the branch management board serving as treasurer. Paragraph 62(4) of the Articles of Association: Branches may incur property obligations within the limits of the financial resources available to them on the basis of a written resolution of the branch management board. Three signatures are required for the validity of an obligation: those of the President of the branch or one of the authorised Vice-Presidents, the Secretary and the treasurer of the branch. Paragraph 62(6) of the Articles of Association: In property matters within the competence of the branch management board, the signatures of the President of the branch management board, the Secretary and the treasurer of the branch, or deputies authorised by them, are required.
